Fight for Fitness?

Anyone do it? Boxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, grappling, etc?

Grappler here, rolling for an hour is an awesome workout.

  • How do you keep it a workout and not a fight? Do you have a time keeper / referee? I was working out on heavy bag with trainer. He hinted at sparing. From experiences in my long gone youth, I remember that a third person was often necessary to keep things "friendly."
