02/17How do you keep it a workout and not a fight? Do you have a time keeper / referee? I was working out on heavy bag with trainer. He hinted at sparing. From experiences in my long gone youth, I remember that a third person was often necessary to keep things "friendly." -

02/17People have always been able to train in a "friendly" way...you just understand you aren't out for blood or money and train responsibly.
